
Once your video and supplemental materials are ready, you can upload them to the TMS 2021 Presenter Platform. Below are step-by-step instructions to walk you through the process.
To ensure you have ample support from APA staff, please do not wait until the deadline to upload your materials. An influx of last-minute support requests can result in a backlog and cause a delay in our response time.
Before you begin, make sure to save your files correctly. The system only accepts the following file types:
Note: We recommend using Zoom to record your video presentation. If you would prefer to use the TMS 2021 platform, please follow these instructions.
To begin, access the TMS 2021 Presenter Platform.
Scroll down to “Current Presentations” to begin uploading.
You will know that you are successful when you see “Record updated” in a green box. If you would like to replace your presentation, simply redo this process.

You will know that you are successful when you see “Upload is complete” in a green box. If you would like to replace your poster, simply redo this process.
*only available to sessions presenters
Some presenters like to offer attendees a version of their slides to download and save; this is not required. If you choose to share slides, please do your best to make sure the slides are accessible to all participants.

If you change your mind and would like to remove your slides, please email tms@apa.org.

Providing supplementary materials for attendees is not required. If you choose to provide supplementary materials, please do your best to make sure the document is accessible to all participants.

To upload your next document, select another document type from the dropdown, and select “upload file.” Please make sure to select a different file type from the dropdown for each file.
To see what files you have already uploaded, scroll down to “Existing Media Files.”
If you would like to replace your handout(s) or abstract, simply redo this process. If you change your mind and would like to remove your document(s), please email tms@apa.org.
